I finally got around to watching Dan Meyer's TED talk ("Math class needs a makeover").  It's 10:42 PM on a Thursday night (which is 42 minutes past my bedtime) at the end of May.  And yet he has me thinking about what I can do better next year.  I'd love to do more of these questions that really get the kids thinking and working...guess I have some work to do this summer!
